1. Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 5 days from the date of delivery. If more than 5 days have passed since you received your order, we will not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused

  • It must be in the same condition as you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized home decor items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Perishable or fragile items where damage occurred after delivery and our packaging was intact

3. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please:

  1. Take clear photos and videos of the damaged item.

  3. Once we verify the damage, we will arrange for a return or replacement according to our policy.


4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The product shows visible signs of use

  • The product is not in its original condition

  • Packaging is incomplete or parts are missing (not due to our error)

  • The return request is made more than 5 days after delivery

5. Refund Process
  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.

  • We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

7. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

8. Exchanges

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
